Flowers are all around us. 
Flowers are icons of Beauty.
If art is to be beautiful, then paint
the most beautiful things around.
And, flowers are forgiving,
put extra petals here or there and 
the flower never cares.
I painted  geraniums in a pot
behind a store in Taos.
